Flagpole can't be lowered. I cannot lower the flag after building, attaching the flag itself and raising it. I started to have this issue after the new update released few days ago, before the update flags could be lowered and raised at any time. seems like a bug with 1.17 and has been reported already to their feedback tracker.I use a .bat file to update. Flag TEC: Flags in DayZ come with many patterns on and is considered an uncommon item available in DayZ. It helps players as they can be cut into armbands to identify squad members, used as rags if you or someone else is bleeding, and is used with the flagpole to prolong the time items stay persistent in DayZ. A flagpole with raised flag only extends (I believe doubles) the persistence of tents, walls and items lying around in a 60m radius. If you interact with them it should be fine. A flagpole will make every item in its vicinity, about 50m, last for 45 days. Lowering and raising your flag will reset the 45 day timer on every item in its vicinity ... ….
