best mods for stable totk performance? i've been trying to get at least stable 30 fps but it works from 8 to 28 fps and i can't play with it. pc specs: windows 10 pro. x2 intel xeon e5-2699 v3. rtx 3080 ti. 64 gb vram. a lot of youtube videos and mods didn't work, so i ask for help. totk optimiser and this didn't help.60fps and dynamic fps, even if you don't run 60fps solid then you can set the runspeed to like 75% and still enjoy a locked 45fps.
