Now it's real and about 1 month out from delivery. Only thing missing on this Build Code is the Deviated stitching.Anyone else seeing or hearing anything official or via reliable sources that there are no more GT4 or Spyder allocations moving forward? Well Go ahead and do it. What the worst that can happen. Based on the 981 GT4 and the resale on porsches and GT cars in general the worst that will happen is you'll drive a 718 GT4 for 2-3 years and lose $10-20k on it. After months of searching, I have had zero luck trying to find a GT4 RS (except for a couple of cars in Europe, where they were asking around $300K for a used car). As a consolation prize, last month, I was fortunate to obtain an allocation (due to a cancellation) for a regular GT4 which should be ready in late-December.I'd be considering an Evora in the meantime if I were told to wait another 2 years, especially if all this speculation is true that only early cars will have the manual and demand outpaces supply and a 2023 allocation is auto only.
