I think every one of their modern games has to funnel through UC to do a "DRM check". Even the AC games, which are all offline. It's pretty annoying and these launchers prove to be problematic for Steam Deck, but also very annoying in general. UC always auto logs me out after I play a game, despite having it set as trusted and to "remember me"..
