When you replaced the microSD card, you also likely temporarily removed the battery causing your 3DS to reset. I suspect the resetting is due to a power issue because that is a usual symptom of one. And likely again, the battery. It could be that the battery is loose or not storing enough of a charge.Anemone has a shuffle function.
